The harassment that creates an intimidating or offensive
work environment falls under the type of sexual harassment that is known as the
hostile work environment. This exist when an individual’s ways or behavior is
creating an uncomfortable feeling towards other people in which the people in
the environment will have difficulty in doing their own task.
