Why do you think people steal from their employers? do you think that taking home small, inexpensive items from an employer is acceptable? why or why not?

I think they do because they aren’t paid enough and need to make ends meet somehow so they feel they have no other option. I think taking anything is unacceptable, if they feel the need to steal they clearly aren’t being paid enough

Usually, employees steal from their employers because of one’s dissatisfaction in the workplace. Sometimes, employees aren’t paid enough and need to make ends meet somehow, so stealing little but necessary items, such as sanitary items or foods, is their only option. Stealing is looked down upon by society, but there are worse crimes to commit.
