Slope-intercept form is y=mx+b, in which m is the slope and b is the y-intercept. Therefore we will first try to find the y-intercept (it's the easiest :) ). The graph intersects the y-axis at 1. Therefore b=1.
Next, let's find slope, or rise over run. From our y-intercept at (0,1) the graph goes up one and over one. 1/1 = 1. Therefore m=1.
Plug the variables back in to get y=1x+1. Your answer is y=x+1.
