x-components: 4 blocks + 5 block = 9 blocks 
y-component: 2 blocks + 1 block = 3 blocks

Magnitude of this: √(x₂-x₁)²+(y₂-y₁)² 
= √(9)²+(3)²
=√81+9 
=9.5 blocks approx

Angle of of the resultant vector; 

tanθ=y/x 
tanθ=3/9 
θ=tan⁻¹(3/9)
θ=18.43 degrees
