find the real zeros 3x^4+12×^3+2×^2-6

Ive tried using Factor Theorem  with integers +/-1, +/-2 +/- 3 and +/- 6 as possible rational roots  but  they do not fit.
I'll draw a graph on my calculator.

There are 2 rational roots 0.7074 and 3.862
