I am assuming you meant to say sample. In this case, usually it is wise just to say "pee in the cup" if thats the sample you need. Usually the word urine confuses younger kids. If they do not understand simple lingo, you could always ask the parents or guardians for assistance so that way they are with someone more comfortable.
