"MASTER HAROLD and the boys is a play by Athol Fugard. Set in 1950. The play was at first prohibited from generation in South Africa. It was the first of Fugard's plays to debut outside of South Africa. The play relates the long, blustery evening that Hally goes through with Sam and Willie, two moderately aged African workers of his parent's family unit. Sam and Willie have tended to seventeen year old Hally his entire life.
