We know that a circle has 360 degrees, so 120/360=1/3 of the pie (by dividing both the numerator and denominator by 120). 1/3 of 36 can be found by multiplying the two - 1/3*36=12. Next, for walking, 90/90=1 and 360/90=4, so 90/360=1/4. Next, 1/4*36=9, so 9 kids walk. Biking and people who take the car have no defined angles, so there is no way to solve this other than by estimating based off of the information shown. We have 36-(9+12)=36-21=15 people left. There seem to be more people taking a car than biking, but that's just how I see it. In addition, they seem to be pretty close in size.
Our (realistic) options for these are
7 and 8
6 and 9
5 and 10
Due to that I personally feel like their areas are pretty close together, and that more people take a car than bike, I think 7 people bike and 8 people take a car.
