We have a triangle with bottom length of 12 feet and a height of 40 feet. We can apply sohcahtoa here. Since we have the opposite side and adjacent side we use toa. tan(theta)=opposite/adjacent=40/12 tan(theta)=3.33 repeating theta=arctan(3.33) theta=73.28 degrees.

If its rounded it would be 73 degrees
