oil or also called as vegetable oils are considered as important part of our diet
because it is the source of energy in
our diet. Foods that are cooked using vegetable oils produce more energy than
to those foods that are cooked using other oil. Vegetable oils also contains
saturated and unsaturated fats and oils.
Vegetable oil or plant oil are healthier compare to the other oil. It also
lessen the unwanted and unhealthy fats of an oil and gives only proper health
diet to our body.
