The equation that we will use to solve this question is:
M1*V1 = M2*V2
M1 is the initial molarity = 5M
V1 is the initial volume we want to find
M2 is the final molarity = 0.08M
V2 is the final volume = 1L

Substitute with these givens in the above equation to get the volume as follows:
5*V1 = 0.08*1
V1 = 0.016L = 16 ml
