Let’s talk about tina jones’ decreased peripheral pulses in the foot and mild edema in her foot. what goals would you set for her ineffective peripheral tissue perfusion

Respuesta :

Ineffective Tissue Perfusion is characterized by a decrease in oxygen, leading to the failure to nourish tissues at capillary level.

Good goals and outcomes for ineffective tissue perfusion (ITF) are:
1. Identify factors to improve circulation
2. Identify necessary lifestyle changes to minimize the consequences of ITF
3. Engage in physical activity to build up tolerance and endurance to activity.
4. Engage in behaviors and actions to improve ITF
5. Maintain maximum tissue perfusion to vital organs
(signs: warm and dry skin, present and strong peripheral pulses, normal-ranged vital signs, balanced I&O, absence of edema, normal ABG, alert LOC, and no chest pain).
6. Know when to contact health-care professional
