Jesus brings spiritual salvation to believers. This was His entire purpose of dying on the cross at Calvary and resurrecting 3 days later.
The reason B can be eliminated is because forgiving others is very important and Christ teaches on this several times.
C can also be eliminated because while yes, God helps the poor, it's also mankind's job to help others in need.
D can be eliminated as well because while yes, martyrs are true believers, not all true believers are martyrs.
