True or false if it’s raining it is okay for the driver to operated the lift from inside the vehicle

Yes its okay to operate a lift while its raining even though I personally recommend not to do so since there is a slight chance u can get items wet and etc and could fall out the vehicle, its still okay for the driver to operate so answer is TRUE.
