Well for Douglas, they say he was born around 1817 and that his father was probably his first white master which is Captain Anthony.His mom died when he was 7. Theodore Canot, real name Theophile Conneau. Went to sea at 1819 as a cabin boy. Made an expansion of slave systems in Brazil, Cuba, and the United States. Returns to Paris and dies in 1860.
