the experiments that jerry Burger did is almost an exactly the same with Milgrams, but he made two changes to win the approval of the university
First, He stopped the procedures at 150-volt mark (while Milgram stopped the procedure around 450-volt)
Second, Burger made two-step screening process to exclude Individuals that might have negative experience from the experiments

The Milgram experiment was taken up in the year of 60s by Stanley Milgram in order to describe how power and potential may become dangerous for authority figures.

However, Jerry Burge made some changes in this experiment, which are as follows:

  • Firstly the experiment was stopped at a lower shock volt, that is from 450 volts given in Stanley Milgram's experiment to 150 volts.
  • Secondly, two-step screening by eliminating uninterested individuals or those who are facing negative experiences in research.
