Why anyone would want an advantage for this, I don't know. It's nearly impossible to figure out any. Yet, I did. You're welcome.
Advantages:

Disadvantages:
✯There would not be any variety that shapes communities.
✯Opinions would be virtually nonexistent.
✯Individuals would be prone to be controlled.
✯People's beliefs would be so similar that they'd become facts to them.

It is possible to think of the following advantages and disadvantages of everyone being the same after due consideration of the subject:
Possible advantages:
- There would be no worrying over who looks more beautiful or who is richer.
- People would not argue over different opinions.
- There would be no strangers in society, since everyone would know how everyone else thinks and behaves.
Possible disadvantages:
- There would be no variety whatsoever; everything would look and feel the same.
- Life would be less exciting since there would be no reasons to discuss, persuade, or even get to know each other.
- People would feel less motivated or excited about life in general, since events would be predictable.
Thinking of advantages and disadvantages
To answer this question, first think of what it is about society that annoys you and how that would be different if everyone was the same in every way. Perhaps you recently argued with your uncle about politics. That is something that would not happen if you both had the same views.
Think of such situations and write down what would be better about them, which will be your advantages. Try to think of at least three.
Now, do the same to find disadvantages about the situation. For example, if you enjoy traveling to other countries to meet different people and learn about different cultures, you would not like for everyone to be the same.
Think of the experiences you would lose in case everyone was the same, and write them down. These are your disadvantages.
