Im pretty sure it is false. because you can over heat. thats why we open the door after running in the gym...
The answer is FALSE. You should cool down since it’s not healthy for you is you don’t take a break. Your body is tired and needs a break. Also many people will tell you to take a cool down. And if you watch any videos, they will tell you to take a cool down. So the answer is false for many reasons and facts on the subject :)
