Intellectual stimulation is the quality of leaders that are able to stimulate their employees and give them the stimulation necessary in order to create new ways and o be creative and think of new solutions or different ways to make the way in which are currently made the things done. This intellectual stimulation searches and pushes the employees to think outside of the box.
