1 yard = $(7.47 ÷ 3) = $2.29
2 yards = $ (2.29 × 2) = $5.58
$ (7.47 + 5.58) = $ 13.05

You divide 7.47 by 3. Which is 2.49
Then you multiply 2.49 by 2 which is 4.98
The two extra yards of fabric would cost $4.98
