The Leaders Behaviour Description Questionnaire was employed for more than 50 years across fields to understand and determine leaders behaviour. The most useful examination of the validity of LBDQ and LBDQ XII was the consideration and initialization of structure by Judge etal(2004) which examined four leadership instruments and found that all the instruments have an overall correlation of 0.48.
