Hello! So we can set this up as a ratio of 2:3. In other words, 2 tablespoons of cilantro for every 3 avocados. To find the amount of cilantro for 9 avocados, you have to think about basic multiplication. 3 * 3 = 9. So then, you should do the same thing to the other part. 2 * 3 = 6. Eli will need 6 tablespoons of cilantro for 9 avocados.
