Proprietor colony governments: They got free land from their king. The king gave money so they can fix up the place. Now they have to make it there home land. These states are Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
Company colony governments: They are small governments, people still have to obey laws and listen to the officers. There are governors at companies, cities, and states. The police are little bit like the government. There were companies established in the colonies of Jamestown and Puritan Massachusetts.
