 1 square foot = Cost $ 1.25 
or 
12 X 12= 144 square inches = Cost $ 1.25 

1 square inch cost = 1.25/144 = $ 0.00868 

Rug 9 feet 3 inches X 6 feet 9 inches= (9X12+3) (6X12+9) 
111 inches X 81 inches = 8991 square inches 

Total cost of cleaning the rug = 8991 X 0.00868 
= $ 78.04 

It'll cost you $ 78.04 to clean the rug
