4x – 12 ≤ 16+8x

Then we add 12 to both sides:

and we get

let's subtract 4x from both sides:
0 ≤ 28+4x
and "move x" to the left
-4x ≤ 28
divide by 4:
-x≤ 28
multiply by -1 (we need to change the sign then because the number by which we multiply is negative)
