Just times 300 by 7 = 2100 miles

So if we put in the variables in the formula:

distance = rate * time

The variables are:

rate: 300 mph

Time: 7 hours

So, 

Distance = 300 * 7

And then just multiply.

Distance = 2100

So your answer is 

2100 miles.
