The answer if most definitely B because word of mouth is just stupid cause even if word gets around that you are a good worker you would still have to go in and get an application. a direct search is basically just actively seeking a job through normal methods so its not that one. and employment agencies usually take a while to find you a good and constant job, plus you have to go down to an employment agency and give them your resume and then wait for them to find jobs for you to apply for.
