The correct answer is - B. It ended a conflict between Bosnia, Serbia, and Croatia.

In 1995, with the Dayton Peace Accords, ended the conflict between the three biggest country members of the ex Yugoslavian state. It was a bloody war where there was also genocide committed by all three parties included. It was a war that waged because Serbia wanted to took over Bosnia, but Croatia wanted to take chunks of Bosnia as well, and the Bosnians found themselves in between and had to fight with both of them while they were fighting with each other. It is a war that left Bosnia in terrible state and the consequences can still be seen and felt.
