OK so im really bad at math im learning decimal place value and can u tell me whats one hundred three and nine tenths in standard form! ok ty

The first part (one hundred and three) can be expressed the same way you'd express any integers, simply as 103.  To add the nine tenths, you simply add a nine in the tenths place, which is the digit immediately following a decimal point.  As a result, the number is 103.9.
