The number of minutes after noon when they leave together will be the Lowest common Multiple of 20 and 24.

20 = 2*2*5

24 = 2*2*2*3

LCM = 2* 2*2*3*5  =  120 minutes  = 2 hours

So they will next leave st the same time at noon + 2  = 2.00 pm.
