Diversity should exist in the workplace because if everyone working together had the exact same views, there wouldn't be any growth and learning of new ways to expand ideas. Diversity allows for different outlook, ideas and growth within a workplace because everyone brings something different to the table. Each person is different and therefor the way projects are gone about, completed and ideas can be different too.
