I have added a locker and a lock to a student. However, the attach/unattach buttons at the bottom of the screen are still grayed out. Assuming access of 5/5 to the locker tab, why can't I attach the lock to the locker?
a) The student's profile is incomplete
b) There is a software glitch preventing attachment
c) The locker and lock are incompatible
d) The lock is already attached to another locker
