During Haloween, an adult is giving out Illegal Drugs that look like Candy. The kids and teenagers unknowingly take these "Illegal Drugs." Will they get arrested or be blamed for "having possession of drugs" or "digesting illegal drugs" and will these charges be lifted when they find out that it was the fault of this adult-troll messing around with society?
