Well I don't think a person can loose just one pound but there are many ways to loose some pounds. By eating a balanced diet you can be able to loose some pounds. Also burning calories which can be cardio, cardio is the number one thing of burning calories. Green tea and grapefruit also because they cleanse the body and also with grape fruit it remove a lot of fat
