Factory work most often does not require a degree. As a machine operator, you will receive on-the-job training. Another option is an apprenticeship.
So, we have this question down to two possibilities - B, and C. After some research, the most occurring theme is an apprenticeship.
The best option would most likely be C, but just know that it's a very close tie between the two.
