What statement makes the open sentence 1.2 = 3x true?
1.) x = 0.4
2.) x = 1.8
3.) x = 2.5
4.) x = 3.6

I am very confused XD
Also if you could tell me how you got the answer I would appreciate it :)

x=0.4 all i did was multiply all of the choices by three and i picked the one that equals 1.2
