Nurture means that our surroundings and our environment always influence us as what we become but the limitations are always put by Nature, there is a certain extent to which nurture has its influence. A very common example is that a person who is blind by birth or predisposed to be blind (Nature) can never be a star shooter in Olympics (Nurture).
