I think the book Fahrenheit seem to have a hopeful conclusion
Even though we can see that The end of the novel Fahrenheit shows both the despair at the war that seemingly could not have been averted, the people still find hope in what people like Granger, Montag, and the rest of the  People can bring to civilization.
