it would be both accurate and precise when it focus is being directed to the area expected and repeatedly the best example I have for u is like Archery say a person shoots an arrow  at the target 5 times and 5 times it hits the bulls eyes and all the arrows are relevantly close than that would be both accurate and precise , I hope my answer and example helps you with ur assignment,
