The four basic components of music are Rhythm, Melody, Harmony, and Architecture. For help in identifying a world music tradition, the Architectural component of music would be most useful. Architecture in music is the organization of Rhythm, Melody, and Harmony, all of these elements can be unique to every individual country and region of the world. It is the combination of pitches, tones, and duration of sounds through beats which make each musical tradition special to different regions.
