The customer relationship building blocks are consist of eight. They are the following:
· Vision, this is where leadership takes place.
· Strategy, a way of having to build and develop assets and values.
· Customer experience, visions must be in line with the customer’s experience and satisfaction.
· Organizational collaboration, involves skills, structures, process, metrics and incentives.
· Process, the way of having the customer’s expectations and support.
· Information, having to maintain the flow of organization.
· Technology, it is the part where it provides fundamental application.
· Metrics, the part where objectives and monitoring is being applied.
