When the concentration is reported in terms of M, that signifies the molarity which is in moles of solute per liter solution. In this case, we use the volume to multiply to the molarity to determine the moles of acetic acid. Finally, we use the molar mass to convert moles to mass. The solution is as follows:

0.001 mol/L * 0.01 L * 60 g/mol = 0.0006 g acetic acid
