clear your doubts first. 1^(-) & 1^(+) means numbers that are smaller than or more than the number ' 1 ' but are close to it.

So for limit you have to substitute number ' 1 ', for 1^(-) substitute in 7-4x and for 1^(+) & 1 substitute in x²+ 2.
