Ignore the ≥ for the moment and just make this into a y = mx + b equation is a neat trick. Here's the work:

4x + 6y ≥ 10 : Subtract both sides by 4x
6y ≥ -4x + 10 : Divide both sides by 6
y ≥ -4/6x + 5/3

Now graph this line where when x = 0, y = 5/3 and it decreases by 4/6 as x increases by 1. Now shade everything that is above the drawn-line because y-values that are greater than the y-value of that equation counts. Like this answer? Give it a Brainiest answer if so. Thanks.
