A true teacher shouldn’t show blatantly if she/he likes a student (especially in a class). But as teachers are also human beings , they will also show that they like a student . For example
If the whole class bunks the class, if she likes you she will say something like this “ You too? I didn’t expect this from you”
If teacher is asking questions and you are one of the last set she asks then you may be her favourite.
If you meet her outside the class, she will acknowledge you no matter what.

Firstly, not ALL teachers have a favourite kid. The idea of having a favourite student is purely subjective; it depends from teacher to teacher.
Still, the basic signs that you’re the teachers favourite is that he/she looks at you most of the time. Along with that, you’re mostly asked to answer the questions she asks OR if you raise your hand, she’s bound to choose you over the other students.
She pays a lot more attention to what you say over what the others say, and is always taking prompt action if you go and complain to her about something.
