When there is a situation of mass casualty and nurse is providing care for clients. A
high priority assignment in emergency department is the client who is
unconscious and has a lot of bleeding from the chest and the client is unlikely
to survive because of that massive bleeding. That client was black tagged and
given the highest priority.
