Florida has a landscape which has limestone in its base. Limestone is porous.  Acid rain occurs in Florida. But the water is slightly acidic. This slightly acidic water when passes through limestone bedrock it dissolves with limestone due to which holes are created in the bedrock. Therefore rivers in Florida has honeycombed shape limestone layer and Florida has a large number of underwater caves.

These cave can be used for SCUBA diving and SCUBA training.
