It is called the Dense regular connective tissue. It gives association between various tissues in the human body. The collagen filaments in thick normal connective tissue are packaged in a parallel form. Connective tissue is the most inexhaustible tissue in the human body and structures every one of the ligaments and tendons but on the other hand, is found all through the body in sinewy film covers. These covers encase and encompass things like bone, ligament, nerve strands, and muscle filaments.

Dense irregular connective tissue is found in several locations: the dermis of the skin, the walls of large tubular organs, such as the alimentary canal, in glandular tissue, and in organ capsules.

There are differences between Dense irregular connective tissue and Dense regular connective tissue.

Dense Regular Connective Tissue  is consists of closely packed bundles of collagen fibers running in the same direction. Also these collagen fibers are slightly wavy and can stretch a little bit.  With the tensile strength of collagen, this tissue forms tendons, aponeurosis and ligaments. This tissue forms the fascia, that is a fibrous membrane that wraps around the muscles, blood vessels, and nerves.  

Whereas Dense Irregular Tissue  has the same structural elements as dense regular tissue, but collagen fibers bundles are much thicker and arranged irregularly. This tissue is found in areas where tension is exerted from many different directions. It is part of the skin dermis area and in the joint capsules of the limbs.
