• 2/m = c - 3b
• 2/m x m = (c -3b) x m
• 2 = m(c-3b)
• 2/(c-3b) = m(c -3b) x 1/(c-3b)
• 2/(c- 3b) = m

or

• m = 2/(c - 3b)

thus,the final answer would be m = 2/(c-3b)
