The capacity of a swimming pool is 30 persons. In the evening 5pm to 6pm the swimming pool is filled to its full capacity. Let the number of boys be x and the numbers of girls be y. Charge for boys is Rs. 100 per hour and for girls it is Rs. 50 per hour.
Q.1. If the number of boys are twice the number of girls then find the number of boys and the number of girls in the pool.
Q 2.Write algebraic expression for the amount, the manager of the pool earns if there are x boys and y girls.
Q 3. If the number of the boys is 3 less than twice the number of giris then find the amount the manager gets for that particular hour in terms of y
